MPH Barn Renovation (a/k/a MPH Space Barn)

We purchased the barn in Bryant Pond, to be used as shop space, in 2019. It needed a lot of work, but we could see its potential! We slowly made renovations starting with a new roof and insulation. We then installed 51 solar photovoltaic (PV) system to the southeast rooftop. In addition, we significantly improved the air-tightness of the building, installed new windows and doors, and installed recycled aluminum shakes siding.
