A luxurious addition to a ski chalet

Designed by Winkelman Architects, this addition contains all the elements of a passive house. While adding a new garage and entry, this addition also added a luxurious master bedroom with TV room, walk-in closet, master bath and a deck recessed in over the garage. The master bedroom and deck has wonderful views of Mt. Abram ski area and the deck is the perfect place to enjoy an evening cocktail in the setting sun.

Airtightness is 0.35 ACH/50 TJI walls system, ProClima membranes and tape, Mitsubishi Heat Pump and Lunos ventilation system.
